High Comfort5
Most shoes have a distinct comfort lifespan, in the shape of a bell curve. They are uncomfortable for the first few days while you shape them, then are fine for a year or so, till they start to lose padding. But, not these!

I just bought my second pair of this wonderful design, as my first pair was starting to lose tread after over three years. These shoes feel great from 15 minutes after you first put them on, forever(or at least 3 years).

These shoes run a little bit larger than normal, and I find myself comfortable in a 10.0 instead of my usual 10.5.

Great Comfort5
I have plantar fascitis which means that walking distances without orthotic shoe inserts and well supported rubber soled shoes quickly results in agonizing heel pain. Finding good walking shoes that look good at a reasonable price is almost as painful. In short, these work so well that I now have three pairs and are my shoes of choice for any activity short of dress up functions. I would note that they tend to run a tad smaller than other walking shoes and you may want to order a half size larger than normal if you have orthotic shoe inserts. Best approach is to find a store where you can try them on to verify size and then buy them from the source that offers the best price, choice and service which is usually going to be Amazon. I am really pleased with these shoes and will probably buy another pair (color) when they go on special sale.

I have foot problems. My foot Doctor prescribed these shoes along with orthotics. I've been wearing them for the past 15 years. These shoes have a very strong mid-sole and arch.

Decent for the price!4
Good shoe for the money.

Pros: Amazing deal(I think I paid $25 +/-). I've received numerous compliments on the style. For short walks, they're relatively comfortable with some adjustments (see "cons" below).

Cons: There's little (if any) arch support, and there is little to no cushion to the sole; however, after adding some inexpensive foam pads to the shoe, they're more comfortable.

This shoe is very comfortable. It cleans easily. The tongue is a little long and it doesn't always hold down to the velcro, but for the money it is a great shoe so far.

Love these shoes! I am a woman softball coach and I bought these for myself. I haven't been able to find any women's coaches shoes. Our first weeks games I had a pair of Nike ACG and by the end of the touney my feet were killing me! My shoes were all dusty and could use a good washing. With these shoes you can just wipe them clean of all dust and dirt. My feet no longer hurt, they have good arch support and I love that the tongue flaps are removable. I took mine off but some people might like to keep them on! I will be buying my daughter a pair too for pitching practice! In my book these are an A+!

These are very comfortable shoes that seem like they run a little small, I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I normally do and they fit perfect. I can't comment on the durability because I haven't worn them that much but I expect them to hold up pretty well.

I bought a pair of these at he beginning of summer and they're still going strong! I ordered an 11 but they fit like a 10 1/2 but that's not much of a problem. I bought them on sale for $10 and I thought, because it's recycled material, that they'd feel cheap and flimsy. But it's quite the opposite.

These shows are great - really comfortable, made of recycled products, and have a great design on them. I get lots of compliments on them whenever I where them. I bought them on sale on Amazon for something like $9.99, so I got a really great deal and they were ABSOLUTELY worth it. I'd probably pay a lot more for them if I had to.

Size DOES matter!5
These are the best shoes I have ever returned! Why you ask? Because when you order a size 12 D and the size chart coverts from some UK size...you will probably get a 13 1/2 D!!! A little big for my feet. So I had to return them. I have a pair of Clark's and I purchased them at a store after trying on several pair of shoes. I like the shoes, but if I want Clark's on my feet...I will go to a shoe store and try them on. I really don't know why we can't convert from UK to USA sizes without all this fuss.

Very Comfortable but the color is not true4
I first orderd these a couple of weeks ago. I ordered a TAN color. The picture on Amazon show a kind of grey not tan but I took a chanse. When they arrived the shoes were a light moss green. As they also sold these shoes in a jungle green I assumed that was the color I received. I called and said I want to keep them as they were sooo comfortable, but I wanted to order another pair and please make sure they were TAN. I received them today and they were the same color as the first pair.
Well I assume the color of the Amazon's pictures are not correct and this is what they call TAN in addition to the picture showing a kind of greay.
BUT apart from that the shoes are a delight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Comfort, style and price5
Surprisingly, these have become my favorite go to, everyday shoes. Having big feet (size 13) makes it difficult
to find a good pair of shoes that fit just right that don't look super huge or feel like I'm lugging around big weights on my feet.

The Toekyo lace-up boots are super light-weight, yet sturdily supportive
and as comfortable as bedroom slippers (actually, I tend to wear these around the house more than my slippers).

The breatheable fabric and beaded-like inner sole contribute greatly to their comfort. They're perfect for travel as they are very packable due to easy folding as well as situations where long walks and lot's of standing are involved.

Looks great with jeans, shorts or khakis. Get 2 pair..you won't regret it.

Design suggestion to Simple... try making them in black and/or grey.

Hot Shoe5
This shoe is great. I wanted a bright yellow driving shoe to match the car, and Puma makes a good driving shoe with plenty of grip, good feel, and light weight. The suede means you better noy drive in the rain and the arch support is moderate like most driving shoes, but it is one of the best I have purchased on balance. I highly recommend it.

Adidas gets it right!5
There are many very good brands of running shoes, not to mention styles and function. I guess it all boils down to personal preference, but in my case, at 5'8" and weighing in at 190lbs, because of my muscle building workouts, these are just fantastic at cushioning each and every step that I take.

This as many expert runners know, minimizes pain and fatigue, thereby making you run more efficiently. I first tried these on at an Adidas store, and I was impressed with how light and comfortable they are and because they are true to size, not too long, short, wide or narrow, which is exactly what I want.

The only other shoe that I would try in my particular case, are the Brooks Adrenaline GTS8, which are the ones that I am just retiring. These shoes are absolutely amazing as well, very comfortable, light and stylish, I actually like their more simple design over the Adidas, but I decided to give Adidas a try for now.

Nevertheless, the GTS 8, are the only ones that actually put me in contact with the surface that I am running on, while at the same time providing me the support and cushion that I need.

For now, I feel that this Adidas pair, will provide me great impact support, because of the way it is designed, the materials and especially the split heel on the sole, which pretty much diffuses impact energy outwards throughout the shoe.

In short, I need to run more efficiently and for longer periods of time, with minimal amount of discomfort and I feel that these shoes will do the trick!

This is by far the best running shoe I've put my foot in. I have at least 10 miles on the shoes now and would get a second pair.

Adidas "Adistar Salvation" is one of the best running shoes in the market today. Everything about this shoe is great. The stability, the cushioning, and the fit are just exceptional. I had a chance to put it to the test when I ran the 10k in the Adidas "King of the Road" marathon in Manila. From start to finish it provided a stable and comfortable run. I am a heavy runner at 5'10" and 192lbs but it didn't feel like it because of this phenomenal shoes. The only other shoe that provided this kind of comfortable run was my original Saucony Jazz. So, if you're in the market for running shoes, you may want to consider the Adistar Salvation.

Great looking shoe and comfortable as well4
I mainly bought these shoes to run in but right now I am just happy with wearing them out and about. They feel very good when on and the fact that there is no tongue to mess with is a really cool feature. Unfortunately I had to order a couple sizes bigger than I usually wear because they are pretty slim. Shoes are great so far and hopefully once broken in I can start trying them out running.

PUMA delivers. Just add a size.5
I'm a PUMA loyal already, at this point, USA crap like Nike all looks the same. If you're like me at this point, you need my same medicine, PUMA.

Other than beeing almost exclusive (for only tasteful people use these this brand), buying PUMA makes the difference in looks and overall fasion, even though I couldn't care less about fasion at the same time. Yet, PUMA is something else, it reflects perfection and a love for style, each shoe is designed by non-other than the italians who design Ferrari and some of Ferrisfarina. The best of the best in design will mostly (if not only) come from european heads.

Although I wouldn't like EVERYONE to start using PUMA to just ruin the feeling of being a user, I recommend you, that had the good taste for checking these shoes, this product. I normally buy speedcat models, but I was impressed by these ones.

If you're ordering, PUMA makes its shoes to ressemble your feet, so I would recommed you order an extra size, just to be sure.

Nice Sneakers5
These are some good looking sneakers and are very good quality . They are very comfortable and feel very light on your feet. I wear them casually so I don't know about running in them but they have a very cushiony heel. I also like how the tongue is attached to the sneaker. The tongue is made out of some stretchy material and it feels like you're putting on slip ons. These look great with jeans or shorts. So I highly recommend these sneakers if you want to look good and feel comfortable doing so.

Looks Good, But Could be More Durable4
I bought these sneakers about a month ago to play flag football. The sneakers look good, and they're very light and comfortable when you're running. But, the sole of one shoe is already beginning to detach at the toe. Flag football is not the type of sport that should do that to a shoe, but it's hard to complain, given the price.

Not bad, but I would make sure they fit right first4
These shoes are actually pretty great, and for the price they are even better. My only complaint is that they are a bit high. They rub against the bone on my ankle, and after a lot of walking it begins to hurt. I have had them for some time now, and I make sure to use them when I do not have to walk often throughout the day. They are extremely shinny and almost resemble the shoes that Cops wear. Great Shoes, Very Airy!4
These shoes are great. Great Price and the shoes are very airy because there is a small series of holes on the sides and the bottom of the shoes. After playing about 3 hours straight of basketball, my feet were a bit warm but I didn't feel the need to take them off. These shoes are very comfortable and look great!

Got the White/Blue/Silver in 13s. Got them brand new, took 'em out, checked 'em, they were perfect, they feel great and the inside lining is made by etc. 360* Anti-Friction Tech. So your feet stay cooler and dryer than any other shoes. They are made for exact fit sizes, so if your a 12.5 and they only have 12 and 13 go for 13, I am a 13 so trust me they are perfect fits/snug. Defiantly Sweet Looking too, and the lock ups on the top give you extra support and are snug. Defiantly the best basketball shoes I've ever owned, even though I use them for everyday use, and to look nice.

Great Value5
These shoes are a great value. In this case, costing under $100 does not mean performance has been sacrificed. After several sessions of breaking in, the shoes have became one with my feet. The grip is terrific, plenty of support for lateral motion, and look to be withstanding intense action without any visible damage. When these get worn out, I hope to purchase another pair!

Barricade II & V user, but now Tirand III5
I've been using the Barricade for quite some time now. The Barricades are very durable shoes with good padding. I wanted to try the Tirand III to see if it matches up with the feel and durability. I'm sold. At over $30-40 savings in price compared to the Barricade, the Tirand did not compromise comfort, stability or durability. nice skate shoe5
These were for my son who skates non-stop. I am always looking for good quality shoes at fair prices and these were it. He says that they are very comfortable. The leather will need a bit of polish from time to time, only because with skating they get banged around faster. I just use Vaseline. As with any shoe used for skating, expect these to last about 2 months. (The grip tape surface on the top of skateboards wears the sole of the shoe down faster.) If wearing them for everyday, that obviously extends the wear time.

Overall very good shoe.
I got it in the Red colorway, and when I got them they felt a little oversized but, after about 2 to 3 hours of walking around in them they conoured to my foot and felt very comfortable.

I have been skating them for about 4 to 5 weeks now and they are just getting a little bit flat, around the big toe and the point just below the toe. The upper is normal suede, nothing special about it, the perforation does not affect the durability in the least, it just adds a bit more of ventilation.

They have great upper support in the heel, like around the ankle and heel, they feel almost like a mid top, and the gel heel in the SOLE helps a little bit, but not enough to make a difference. They are fine for skating gaps if you dont mind very minor heel bruises. In comparison to the half cab "syndicate" Black-leather ones I have, they have great protection. The sole is very flexible and does not snap bakc into place like some other shoes I have had. Another feature of the sole I liked was the fact that it was wide, Since I have wide feet this was a major plus. The outsole was okay about 6/10 for durability, After three weeks you could see the black sole through the white outsole.

The only Qualm I had with the shoe was the poor lace placement. It was almost directly above the stitched toe, The laces became badly frayed after the second session and snapped after the third. but only the lace in the first loop snapped so its not that big of a deal.

Highly reccomended if you have a little bit of extra cash, and need a good reliable pair of shoes.

I have worn Sauconys exclusively for about 15 years after being fitted at a running store. The toe area is wider than most shoes, which I need. They do run about 1/2 size small so order up. I wear a 9 1/2 in everything but these and a 10 fits fine.

I was a big fan of the old "trigon 5" rides, which you can still get. They were my first official running shoe, I got at a running specialty store. Great shoe, I had them for about a year and they wore well. I bounced around to a couple other brands and models, I thought I should try them out. I regret that now.

I bought these about a month ago, they are just like I remembered! I have normal feet and am a heavier runner 215 when I bought the shoes, 180 now. I think most people find that the heal is somewhat firm, which I liked. They have a nice big toe box with a good overall fit. Order them on the large side. I wear a 11.5 usually, sometimes a 12, I ordered a 12 and the fit was perfect. These shoes are extremely well ventilated, so your tootsies will get cold during winter time runs.

Addition: Keep an eye on the prices of these shoes, certain colors and sizes are super cheap. I bought a second pair of the blue and silver ones for $40. A really good deal, I couldn't find anywhere else.

Comfortable and very light5
I've only worn them a few times now, but I love them. This was the first time I purchased shoes online so it was a little scary. The shoes are very comfortable and a lot lighter than most shoes I've owned. The only complaint, and it minor, is the shoelaces are a little too long and can make the shoes a little tight. No big deal. I would buy these shoes again in a heart beat.

These shoes are comfortable, stylish, and a great value. They fit my wide foot like a glove. That being said, I do have just a couple of areas to complain about. First, I'm not sure how durable these will be compared to other NB shoes I've owned; after just one wear, the lettering inside the shoe (insole) started wearing off. They have a really cool groove down the middle of the sole, and while this may have some ergonomic benefit (?), it does catch rocks every now and then. Finally, I was disappointed to see that this was one of NB's China-made shoes. One of the reasons I'm a loyal customer (other than the fact that they make a superior shoe) is that they make most of their shoes in the US; the only athletic shoe company to do so. Not so with this pair.

I ordered these shoes while Amazon had them on sale, and I am using them as walking shoes. These shoes are extremely comfortable, and the toe section is very well ventilated. I would highly recommend these shoes to any runners and walkers.

I wear them daily around my college campus for nearly eight hours every day. These are well ventilated, comfortable, and my feet have stopped hurting coming from wearing Adidas Superstars everyday.

Not as soft out of box as triumph 54
These shoes take some break in time to get used to if you had the triumph 5 before these. They are a little stiffer than triumph 5 in the heal and forefoot. That may have been the aim of saucony, but I was not a fan. Some runners like this but I wish I knew this before I bought them.

Saucony has regained the magic of the old Triumph 4 with the Triumph 6. The Triumph 5 sucked. I tried the 5s, returned them and then bought a batch of the 4s that I hoarded like gold. Thank goodness Saucony brought the Triumph 6s out when they did....I was down to my last pair of the Triumph 4s.

We just received those shoes yesterday and I was really pleased with their look. I ordered the brown ones for my husband. On the website it seems the fabric and leather browns are very different but this is more subtle in reality, a perfect match. It is a great casual pair of shoes! I'm not usually too into the casual sneaker type shoe because they often look cheap and kind of unfashionable in my opinion, but the price on these was great, so I took a chance and purchased them in white.

When they arrived I was blown away at how well made and stylish they are. Super comfortable and the perfect hybrid between a sneaker and a casual shoe. The combination of leather and canvas uppers and the thick industrial black rubber sole made these look uber-modern. I call them my "shoes of tomorrow".

I can't vouch for the brown or black ones because honestly, they didn't look too appealing to me in the pics, but the white ones are just plain cool. They look awesome with jeans. Overall, a great summer shoe.

Great shoes, esp. for narrow-heeled people5
These shoes are an absolute steal. I came across them at Macy's during '08 Christmas shopping, but couldn't justify the (much higher than Amazon) price. Enter: Amazon!
They cup your heel really well, so if you have narrow heels like I do, you'd be hard pressed to find mainstream shoes that fit better. They're very good quality, too - I have purchased two more pairs after being so impressed with the first (they have lots of different color schemes if you just do an Amazon search for "Original Penguin").
They run a little big, so get get a pair that is on the smaller end of your spectrum (I fit sneakers ranging from 9.5 all the way up to 11s with some manufacturers; the 9.5s fit perfect for me).
They also have a removable insole, in case you need to know - I have knee problems, so I wear orthotics to help re-distribute my weight; this makes it imperative that I be able to take the original insoles out.
Again, if any of the above piques your interest, get these shoes.

Great for bigger runners5
These shoes are the best I've ever owned. I just bought my second pair after logging 350 miles on the first. I am a bigger guy so need more support than other shoes offer. I am 6'4" and 260 lbs (308 lbs when I started running). I've experience none of the knee problems with these shoes that I have in the past. I also like that they have a wider toe than other shoes. In the past, I have had problems with my toes being pinched together and it leading to ingrown toenails, black toenails and blisters. Those are not an issue with these shoes. I would offer that they are not the most stylish shoes given what seems to be popular today. If anything, they are plain. I stopped buying shoes for their looks and buy solely for function now. These shoes work so well, I would be wearing them if they were glittering purple. With so many other excuses that make it difficult to get out the door to run, uncomfortable shoes is the last thing anyone needs.

A note about Hush Puppies sizing4
I ordered these in EEE width but when they arrived they were labeled EW (extra wide).

I called the Hush Puppies customer service line and they explained that EW size is EQUIVALENT to a EEE. Judging by the way these fit, I'd say they're more like EE.

To avoid confusion, Amazon should remove the EEE size option from this item. Whether you choose EEE or EW, they're going to send you EW.

Otherwise, the shoes appear well made and are a bargain at the sale price.

A Pleasure to wear5
Since I graduated college (oh so long ago), I thought that uncomfortable shoes were as much a part of business life as neckties. Imagine my delight when I slipped on a pair of shoes with the comfort of a pair of sneakers, yet with a business look. Now you know why I have become a life-long fan of Hush Puppy shoes.

I currently live in Japan, and need to remove my shoes when I enter any houses, so not having laces is a definite must for me. The elastic on this model is strong enough to keep its shape and hold the shoe firmly on my foot without being too tight. I love the thick-padded edges that are soft against my ankle instead of chafing. The bottoms have sneaker-like traction and comfort, making them easy to walk in without slipping on wet/flat surfaces. The one-piece construction of the toe area makes it easy to clean and hold a shine without much fuss, and these shoes are very light, making it easy for me to continue walking or standing during my work-day.

I bought the brown version instead of the black because from the internet picture, the black version had white stitches on the black leather and that didn't look as good as the brown shoe with brown stitching.

Nice Mother Earth Friendly Shoes4
I've owned several simple shoes before, and I really like the slim, classic look that simple portrays on most of their shoes. I really like the bike tread sidewall and it definitely gives the shoes that unique factor. I got the black pair in size twelve and they fit just like a size 12 should so I recommend buying the size you normally wear.

Pros:
- Well made, (on average my simple shoes have lasted about 3 years of constant use and what usually goes out first for me is that the bottom sole of the shoes wears through).
-Unique look
-Eco-friendly construction

Cons:
-Pad insert isn't as cushy as previous pads I've had from simple (this one's made from recycled PET)
-Shoes don't offer the best in breathability for your feet (satisfactory for most days, but on those cooker days your feet will get hot)

Well hope this helps you make your decision. I like these shoes a lot and they are my main daily shoes. The shoes are plenty comfortable, the cushioning pad insert is just a little too firm for my complete liking.

Eco friendly sneakers ROCK5
Being 6'5" and having a size 15 shoe I found that these simple sneakers ran in a 16. They are made of Hemp which not only being more economically sound to our environment I know it will outlast any canvas made sneaker. I wasn't sure if they would be comfortable. However the first day me and my girlfriend wore them (having ordered two pairs, one for each of us) we had taken a trip from Long Island where we reside to Battery park to hop o a ferry and visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. We walked around for 8 or more hours that day. We were sore by night but one thing that didt hurt was our feet. The sneakers are incredibly comfortable even right out of the box, no ned to be broken in.

An Old Friend
Have you ever missed those old worn out shoes that you finally had to retire??? If so...these shoes are for you. They felt just like an old comfortable shoe from the first time I put them on. No stiffness or anything. The only downside for me is they are a little thin on the padding. Almost too worn out. But I love these....and they look great!

cross trainers
First i want to say is these shoe are great in the gym. They form to your feet with a tight fit. Don't have to worry about slipping on wet spots from sweat or water. My only problem is that they are not for wide footed people which i wear a wide shoe. So the sole of the shoe doesn't cover my foot. But all in all its a great shoe.

A great shoe, great model, very impressive looks, one little detail - synthetic leather. Had this been kangaroo leather the price tag would have been higher. But none the less it is very light, comfortable on the foot. If you are looking for a budget soccer shoe to play on the turf surface this shoe is for you.

Great shoe
A great shoe...great turf grip and good feel for the ball. It is a pretty tight shoe in the toe area, though. I would say I have a medium width foot and it is pretty tight, even after stretching it out by shoving socks in them for a week. Overall, a great soccer shoe.

Sharp Looking, This running shoe is a Winner!
I purchased this shoe for my son who is a Marine. He runs approximately 10 miles a day (his choice) to maintain his physical endurance. His previous shoes had no tread left after just six months. His only request: make them New Balance! He received them for Christmas and was delighted. The extra cushioning is great for his knees and the tread is superior for running on trails which he does frequently where he is stationed. A great bargain for the price. I would definitely recommend them.

This is a nice looking shoe, not made for serious running though. But it does nicely as a weekender type shoe that may fit well in pop culture attire; flared jeans and a blazer. I find it a bit snug around the heel and there's not alot of arch support.

Shipping was really slow...love the shoes
Shoes were perfect. We got an e-mail that the shoes were being shipped to us a week after the order was placed & after I sent an e-mail asking for the tracking number since they had not been delivered, we were told that they had not shipped yet they were coming from the factory. We liked the savings but, wished the web-site would have been more honest about the shipping timeline.

Finally I had enough with the shoes and choose other brand. Maybe it is just good for casual running or walking.
